Mashed Potatoes
I got to eat in a few restaurants on the trip--I ate about half of my mom's mashed potatoes. For more pictures from my trip to Kansas, click here:

Visiting my Great-Great Aunt
Just before Thanksgiving, mom, grandma and I drove to Newton, KS to see my Great-Great Aunt Nonie. It was about 100 miles and 15 hours in the car there and back, but I was pretty good. I did a bit of sleeping and also grandma entertained me. It was a lot of fun to meet Grandma's Aunt Nonie. I liked exploring all the new things in her house, especially the walker.

Life-Long Democrat
I'm a life-long Democrat, just like my Great-Grandpa Joe the Plumber. You can read more about him here: http://www.missoulian.com/articles/2008/11/02/news/local/news04.txt
I went to early voting with my Grandma, but I got busted for electioneering and had to zip up my jacket and hide my stroller stickers. I'm a little dubious right now--this is a very important and serious time. I'll smile real big when
the votes are counted and I know that crazy Alaska woman is not in my future. (I am just learning to get down from sitting up, and I prefer to practice that instead of photo sessions.)

Jack-O-Lantern
For Halloween I was a Jack-O-Lantern. My mom made my hat and Grandma made my suit. We went over to see a bunch of cousins and second cousins (or whatever your mom's cousin's kids are), plus great aunts and uncles. I even got presents! But mom and dad forgot their camera, so watch this space for more photos when mom gets them from the cousins...
